에디터가 왼쪽으로 치우쳐 보이던 문제: OutlineRail이 flex 항목으로 132px를
차지해 stage가 그만큼 밀렸다. 레일을 제거하고, GridEditor 루트를 w-max로
줄여 flex safe center로 뷰포트 중앙에 놓는다
OutlineRail.vue 삭제 — 소스 줄 목록 점프. 몰입 셸 시안 시절 유물이고
자유 배치 에디터에서 쓸모가 없다(R:C 배지가 "지금 어디"를 대신). 점프도 안 됐음
EditorView에서 onJump·import·마크업 제거
R:C 좌표 배지 → 우하단 position: fixed
docs: CLAUDE.md·ui-primitives.md·rendering-and-export.md에서 OutlineRail 제거,
editor-shell.md 리셋 노트에 추가
